Professor Vaughan Hart, Head of Architecture Group, Department of Architecture, University of Bath, England, and Dr. Peter Hicks, Historian at the Foundation Napoleon, Paris, co-authors of their latest book, Palladio’s Rome (2006), speaking on Palladio’s two famous guidebooks to Rome – its antiquities and churches, first published in 1554. The Festival Brass Consort, Louis Hanzlik, artistic director, will perform secular and sacred music for brass ensemble, including canzonette and balletti from Italian Renaissance composers. Book- signing and catered reception following program.
